November's theme - "Wet"

I got to choose the first theme for our year-long project, and I chose "Wet."

Several weeks ago, while doing some sketching exercises, I did a sketch of a girl with really cool float-y hair. One of my favorite paintings is J. W. Waterhouse's Ophelia, and I've always wanted to do the tragic character from Hamlet.

Naturally, I had to do it in watercolors. This was my second painting on the yummy Arches watercolor block.
